Pizza Hut - Locust

Catherine-der manager this load in locust, nc is superb. she always treats my family with professionalism respect the same for her interactions with her employees! She has a “velvet hammer” touch with her employees who are together – and accordingly – an excellent load with products that are carefully seasoned for each customer. all this is reflected very well on pizza hut and his managerial training curriculum! keep the good work caterine pizza hat!

Decided to order for lunch. Ordered my food online 15m before lunch started. Got to the store and after repeating my name and for some reason phone number(online order) to the guy at the window 3 times he found my order. App said it was ready but he said I needed to pull around and wait. Finally after sitting there almost 20m I walked inside the store to see another guy just slicing my pizza. He goes to hand me the pizza and I asked where my wings were. He runs around the corner grabs a bag that had apparently been ready and brings it out. I then had to ask about the ranch and garlic sauces I'd ordered and paid for. He had to ask which sauces cause apparently they don't bother to actually check the orders at this store. I work like 2 miles from pizza hut, ordered my food 15m ahead of time and still got back to work with 5 mins to eat and get clocked back in. Be the last time I try pizza for lunch.

Pizza was served hot. Service was great. Staff was very friendly.

This Pizza Hut is always spot on! In the 5 years I've been here, their food is Always hot, great tasting and delivered/ ready in a timely manner.
