Rosati's Pizza - Lockport

Ordered four pizzas for lunch get together. Pizza was delivered on time hot and it was delicious.

Slow delivery and all I orderd was salad and breadsticks. It took over a hour

Used to love this location but lately they have been giving me problems with using my coupon(s). i?m a rewards member but have a problem using the ones they send me via email. also their delivery is the worst!!! takes 2x the amount they tell you!!! it?s aTuesday night we waited almost 3 hours for our food to get here!!!

Delivery order of Antipasto salad, Chicken Calzone and combo beef sandwich. Ordered at noon expected 1 hour delivery time, came in <25 minutes. Large portions, all tasted great. Will definitely try them again.

While I used to absolutely love this location I have had NOTHING but issues lately. A week ago I received my order of a deep dish pizza with the majority of the top layer of cheese at the back of the box. We had to scoop it up with a large spoon and putit back on the pizza. The manager was only willing to give a $10 credit. Tonight I ordered a a thin crust and was told it wouldarrive within an hour. I called at an hour and fifteen minutes. I was told by the manager that the driver was on it. When Ireceived my pizza 10 minutes later it was slid 3 minutes to the front of the box and obviously cold. The manager was again onlywilling to give a $10.00 refund. I will not be ordering from them again.
