Jersey Mike's Subs - Livonia

Went in there a while ago, ordered subs, was going there 2 to three times a weak the last time. Wasn't good, made my order, the manager responded to me with a real bad attitude and said, we prefer you get it Mike's way, me not thinking, I respond, who's Mike? Her with a very aggressive response, you are at jersey Mike's. At first I thought she was joking, but she was not. Paid for my food and left, very awkward situation, ...j have never been back.. that was about a year ago..tell Mike if he wants to retrain people how to eat he's in the wrong business l...

The food was freshly made and delicious. We dined in because it was welcoming atmosphere

This store is one of the best that we have been to. Food was very fresh, staff was friendly. We will make this our store of choice.

I just want to say that this was the first time I came to a Jersey Mike's, and I was not disappointed. It's a bit pricey I wouldn't eat there all the time or several times a week like I wish that I could because the sub in a tub is amazing, but I really enjoyed the young guys working behind the counter who were very friendly, smiled and they were really nice and genuinely kind. The only thing is there was only one girl working and they had her working off in the back and I didn't even know she was working there until she gave an order. You need more gals that girl was kicking butt man. However the food was fantastic, the service was fantastic, the stores clean, it's a place I'll definitely be back to visit and I am so sorry that I added tomatoes and pickles after I had paid I didn't know it was extra and I felt really awful that the kind young man behind the counter didn't charge me so I apologize and next time I will pay it forward for sure but, I am so sorry about that

Service was great and staff was curtious with having to get a gluten. My sandwich was great but the Tuna on the gluten free hardly had anything on it.
