Great food fast customers service under 20 second after placing

Came through the drive-through for dinner, and the person taking our order was super kind. She was trying to negotiate and help us get a better deal for our meal, and was just an all-around sweet person.

The food was good. They always leave something off of our order. They always fix their mistakes.

Rude and can not order correctly I called to ask why the doors are closed, as the sign said 11pm I was not rude after he explained he was short served and I said, okay I’m sorry he said “yes” and hanged on me.

I ordered the hot pancake meal and so they didn't put the syrup or butter, or knife/fork, then I ordered the 6 donut side for a breakfast side and the person said they didn't have them so they said a refund or to get something else that was for the same price as when I ordered the 6 donuts and charged me way over the price that was supposed to pay.
