Wendy's - Lincoln

We had 8 orders for 8 people with some special orders on 2 of them. So it was a challenging order. I was very patient with the guy taking our order, because he seemed to be new. I had to repeat the first of the 8 orders 3 times one time because his headset died, so that one was not his fault. I wasn't sure he was getting the order right, so I was a little stressed. We spent literally 8 or 10 minutes on ordering, and there were no cars in front of us by the time we pulled up to pay. When we got to the pay window, another employee was there to go over our order to make sure it was correct. To their credit, it seemed right great job! We pulled up to the food window. Employees were diligently pulling food for the order, but it took another 10 minutes at least to get it together. However, everyone was very pleasant, and obviously cared about getting it all right. After all of it was out, we pulled to the side and checked it. They got it right! Great job getting a tough order out correctly! The only complaint I have was that it took a really long time, and some of the fries were only a bit over 1/2 full. But overall, the employees that directly dealt with us were diligent customer friendly under pressure. Thanks for your hard work. I really appreciate how well you did with our order, and I'm sure the newbies will get better with experience.

When I went here this week I Got the breakfast for the first time. The breakfast baconator was amazing. It was really nice ordering through the app because there is extra deals and it is really easy to pick up after ordering online. I would highly suggest checking out the breakfast if you get a chance. Also shout-out to the staff here they are super busy and still giving great service!

I try not to go to this because they constantly forget about arè, this time they have forgotten several articles and I am honestly not surprised because it is so common, I would avoid these wendy if they could

Absolutely terrible! first the order had to repeat 3 times then the order was wrong. ordered 2 single cheeseburgers only cheese and bevel, got 2 double cheeseburgers with cheese and mustard. 2 Italian mozzarella cheeseburger without marinara ordered, got 2 Italian mozzarella chicken sandwiches with marinara. definitiw will not go back to this place.

We stopped here to get 2 baconators and got 1 double baconator. no acknowledgement or serviettes. who owns this place must train the personal better. food: 5/5
