Vine's Bakery - Lincoln

As a member of the Real Bread campaign, I was delighted to discover this delightful little bakery on Steep Hill on the way to the castle and cathedral. They offer a different sourdough bread every day, and last Sunday's special was Apricot and Almond. The bread was delicious and made with simple ingredients like flour, salt, water, and love. I also purchased some pastries to take home, which paired perfectly with the sourdough and some Lincolnshire cheese from another shop. I highly recommend visiting Vines next time you're in Lincoln - you won't be disappointed.

The Bakery is on steep Hill and although it doesnt have seating inside at least i think not the cakes and coffee my wife bought were absolutely delicious. First class pastries and great quality coffee served by a very helpful friendly person. Just what we needed

Vines Bakery offers a small yet excellent variety of baked goods. They frequently update their selection, ensuring there is always something new to try. Everything I have purchased here has surpassed my expectations. The pastries are incredibly buttery and crispy. They also have a fantastic assortment of breads and bagels that are perfect for takeaway. The desserts are simply delightful. I highly recommend trying their Kouign Amann - a sweet and crispy pastry treat that is heavenly!

Ooooooooooooooooh goodness.. they cakes and bread here are just like my grandma makes for us... Even my mum loved them as she is very fussy. We recommend this to everyone -please try it an you will not be disappointed.

I recently discovered this new restaurant and decided to stop by to try their sourdough bread and cakes. I was blown away by the quality, it reminded me of the good old days when bread and cake were made with care. I highly recommend checking out this shop! They also offer coffee and other items. The shop has a charming design and the staff are very friendly.
