Nibbles - Lincoln

I ordered from this restaurant and my food did not arrive until 12:25 am, despite the estimated arrival time being 11:10 pm. The food was terrible and I ended up throwing it all in the bin. This was by far the worst takeout I have ever had. I will not be ordering from there again. When I called to complain about the late delivery, they hung up on me three times. I would advise against using this restaurant as you will be disappointed with both the service and the quality of the food. Consider yourself warned.

I received a BBQ pizza that looked like old meat and vegetables just thrown on a base with an excessive amount of grease. My partner ordered the chicken, which also appeared to be swimming in grease and looked unappetizing. The chips were soggy and unpleasant. The only decent thing was the Tango, but even that had to be checked for its expiration date. I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant, as the experience was absolutely disgusting.

We placed our order at 1:40, with an expected delivery time of 2:55. However, the food did not arrive by this time and the Just Eat app falsely indicated that it had been delivered. After waiting an additional 10 minutes, we called the restaurant. The person on the phone interrupted me while I was explaining the situation and only asked for my address. After providing my address, they abruptly stated that the food was only 2 minutes away and hung up. The food finally arrived just over 5 minutes later, but it was all cold and did not taste good at all.

Absolutely shocking. The food was doughy, off tasting meat on pizzas. Rang to complain and got spoke to appallingly, mouthful of abuse down the phone. Dont even deserve 1 star. Will never be ordering from them again! I will be contacting Food hygiene company on monday morning!!! Not impressed!

Do not waste your money and eat from here. They rip you off with extras that don 't get provided then refuse to refund you the difference. Veggie burger looks like someone 's thrown it on the floor and chucked it in a bun. 'Salad ' is basically chunks of onion as shown i 'm genuinely concerned about eating it and I 'm far from fussy! Guy on the phone was exceptionally rude and dismissive. I work hard for my money and resent giving it to a bunch of cowboys like this. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!
