La Salchipaperia - Lima

Salchipapas are typical Peruvian street food and La Salchipaperia took them from the street and gave them a make-over. Typical Salchipapas are simply composed of French french frits and cut hot dogs, in La Salchipaperia they offer them with a variety of encounters, hot dogs or sausages, and you can add things like bacon, egg or cheese. If you receive your order, you can simply eat it or use it with a variety of sauces such as Catsup, Mayonnaise, Senf, BBQ, or any number of there 12 or so options. While not cheap food here, it is their options and variety of sauces that really put them apart when it comes to Salchipapas, and makes this one of my favorite junk food type options.
