Bidrage med feedbackWe visited the chili’s in the plaza norte shopping center and waited for our lima bus, mainly due to the special lunch menu writing board they had outside. we've never been in this chain, so I thought it was a factor that went over somewhere else. the other being, good, the options around the bus stop are quite limited to the same dodgy looking fried chicken shops, or the shopping center food dish. we had about two hours; not long enough to buy around. they sat outside and we were taken menus. However, the prices on these menus were quite extorted in comparison to the offer billboard, and after the attempt to signal the waitress for almost ten minutes, she came by. I asked about the special offer, and only then did she hesitate to get these different set menus. since there were four options, two starters and two netzens, we decided to try a bit of everything. the nachos were quite simple as appetizer, but the salat was really in order. really simple and mass produced naturally; I'm not sure if either the dishes have ever been seen by a real cook instead of a company boardroom. they were brought almost immediately after the order, so it is quite clear that they had just made a lot in advance to bring along at the order. so they can appreciate the customer's feeling. When I ordered the cattleburger, I had asked if it was possible to get him with extra cheese, and the waitress had of course told me. But when he was brought, there was no cheese at all. who thinks that a burger without a cheese is a good idea at all? I asked for it to be sent back, and it was said rudely that the Mittagsburger would not come with it. Well, that is not what I was told at the order, so take it back and get me what I ordered. it was brought back almost instantly, with half a tiny disc made of plastic american mcdonalds cheese pushed under the haten lazily and not even melted. also here, good wise to make the customer worth the feeling. funny that it was McDonalds cheese, because the burger was also a mcdonalds burger, just a little bigger. there was no difference in ingredients or taste, and I even had to take the pickles I did not ask for outside, just like in mcdonalds. the only difference is that the patty did not fit under the bungalow. it has held out the sides that look flat and ridiculous. chili has to learn how a burger looks. my friend has described the tacos so well, but nothing special. So we have what we expected anyway. lukewarm service and substandard mass-produced food, at a more expensive restaurant price especially for normal Peruvian trips. I try to avoid chains in general as we should all, but chili is one that I will definitely avoid when returning to the Americas in future.
Sent to chillis expects the same quality of food as it is back in the usa. we were very disappointed. the eating was extremely fat, bland and didn't taste fresh at all! burgers were terrible, fajitas were worse, and service was extremely slow! had to get a manager to get our order since we had waited for just 20 minutes and the server just kept saying, "one will be right with them". we were all disappointed by what we ordered. we will not go back.
Ribbed, which taste better. I'm sorry, but I'm done with chilis and I prefer free days.
I'll say it off the bat. I usually like Chilli's. It's one of the few fast food type places I frequent. The burgers are consistently good as well as the fajitas and the nachos. Gotta have the nachos. I do wish their French fries were...better. Last Friday however the service was ridiculously slow. It cannot take someone 15 minutes to bring a beer. I understand the kitchen was busy and I feel bad for the waiters since they were obviously overworked.
Was a little sick of the local food, so went to chilis. really well furnished here and the service was excellent. has my usual chicken crispers, which has tasted amazingly.
