Bidrage med feedbackTerrible restaurant, cold food, sashimi is not fresh, we were waiting for more 1h for the second order, no food coming. We should leave the restaurant with the empty stomach. This restaurant ruined our Valentine’s day.
Went here as it's one of the few restaurants in Montreal that's offering all-you-can eat sushi for lunch (at this time of writing . Pros: Very good service; both the waitress on the phone (when making reservation and those onsite took the time to explain how the ordering tablet/computer worked and readily answered any questions we had. Also, the speed at which we received our ordered dishes was quite fast. Very good choice of orderable items; not just Sushi but also Chinese/Korean/Thai dishes. Ordering tablet worked pretty well Ample seating space with interesting Japanese wallpaper (depicting animated sumo wrestlers and samurai Senior discount available Non-Sushi items were generally quite good (e.g. tofu, gyoza, miso soup, etc. Sushi (maki, nigiri was ok; I do think you could get better at other all you can eat locations (e.g. Kanda, Matsuno, etc. Cons: Was quite disappointed that no Sashimi is available available for lunch all you can eat Some of rolls were substandard (e.g. too much rice in proportion to other ingredients, poor ingredient quality in some rolls Parking can get tricky; although they do have a lot for evening customers (so I was told All in all, I don't think I would revisit; however, I do give them credit for being one of the first to offer all you can eat lunch
We ordered $85 dollars of sushi for two adults and 2 kids. Not only were we still hungry the fish was not fresh, nor well cut. My first observation of the Magura was full of sinew. My first bite had three bones in it and I had to spit in out. Instead of serving fresh hamachi they put a mayonaise sauce on it to disguise the taste. The rolls were average but the experience overpriced. We were left hungry and disappointed . #neveragain
