Service is ingenious, the apple wine selection is unique and excellent. Food was amazing and great portions. So cool to be able to see that they are the cedar while you eat! I love this place

We reserved the production area for the 50. My husband's birthday party on a Saturday. We worked with Nicky for scheduling and food/buffet selections. We had a little more than 35 participants and a local musician Lyle Morse. The staff of Trailbreaker were very helpful to show him where to set up. The room was perfect with some low tables and other high setups on wine barrels. The food was absolutely amazing and we heard tons of compliments regarding the Brisket and Cougar Gold Mac n cheese. We were so happy with the whole process from beginning to end!

Informal and comfortable. We sat outside and it really felt like we were surrounded by friends and family. Easy self-service, but the entire staff is friendly and friendly. Gluten-free fish and chips are a small (but completely sufficient) three pieces with super crisp, light dough. Unlike everything I had, but I liked it. Excellent cedar lean against the sweetness we like. Although there are some dry and spicy options available Non gluten-free family had nice looking burgers, reubens and tritip sandwiches. Salmon croquettes were like a charming cross between a hush puppy and a crab cake. Wings were a little disappointing. Just done, but not crispy. I'd skip the next time.
