Chipotle Mexican Grill - Lewisville

Really great service! Very clean and the staff were very nice. I loved this chipotle and the food was good. I'm glad I was over!

The only reason I give 2 stars to this place is because my food is great 90% of the time I order there. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this place, the customer service is absolutely garbage. There's never been a time when I left and saw some of the staff smile. They seem very upset to serve customers and for no reason to be frustrated. I can understand if they're busy and hurry, but if I'm the only person waiting in the line and giving me an empty star, I feel uncomfortable and involuntary in the restaurant. My recommendation: order online, quickly pick up food and go.

Usually have no problems, but I ordered tacos with sofritas as my filling, but I found Steak in one of them?.

The staff is great! Simply stopped getting a bowl, although normally food is good, it was very tasteless. The rice, the beans and the new steak had no salt at all. A little disappointed. Both my husband and I had to spit out some meat slices because they were very hard there.

I went to chipotle last night about 3 hours after eating my stomach felt horrible. I found out I had food poisoning, the worst experience of my life. I hope they do better y’all be safe
