The Hermitage - Leumeah

Not aware of a better restaurant in Campbelltown. The Hermitage restaurant is where we go for a special celebration. Friendly service and very good food.

The sandstone walls and lighting make this the ideal place for a romantic meal for two. Grab a spot by the open fireplace if you can. The staff are very friendly but not overbearing and will give you just the right amount of service. You...would never guess such a nice place exists by looking at the outside of the building. Highly recommend. We have also booked their private function room for large gatherings in the past and it has always been great service.

My wife and I had our Wedding Anniversary dinner here. It was quiet and the food and wine was surprisingly very good. Great value.

Checked in with the friendly staff. The directions to the room are easy, and free ice if you need your drinks chilled in room. The best part is the restaurant. The pork belly is orgasmic, and that's from a male point of view. Did not use the pool, but it looked clean and looked after. Staff are the best and polite in the bar and restaurant. Will stay here again for sure. Don't bother with the pub, or any fast food in the area. The walk is pointless. Here is the place to dine, wine and stay. Thank you :-)

Described on their website as an award winning restaurant with fine Australian cuisine, quality fresh ingredients and impeccable friendly service. Unfortunately their ingredients were not quality; the sirloin steak (ordered medium rare) was not a quality grade of steak. In fact I have had better at many clubs who charge half as much (mutton dressed as lamb I say !). The food overall was too salty and the creme brûlée was served with other creamy accompaniments rather than something fresh and light. The service was friendly, but the staff looked lost on more than one occasion. On a positive side, it does have a beautiful rustic spacious dining room with very comfortable chairs. Otherwise would have scored terrible considering prices charged.Unfortunately, with one main whinge and a few minor whinges I wouldn't go back. To many other restaurants to explore.
