Young girl named Mackenzie working the counter is incredible. Patient and helpful. Definitely an asset to Red Rooster.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service!I just called and a young guy answered, SWEARING AT ME and telling me to “f off” INFRONT OF MY CHILDREN and saying “DON’T YOU HAVE ANYTHING BETTER TO DO IN YOUR LIFE THAN SIT HERE AND CALL US” the disrespect. I am appalled and disgusted by this generation. I feel so fat, because he basically told me to stop calling because I have nothing better to do than eat. All I wanted was a nice family meal, but instead my young children started to cry. Please get this issue and this ‘employee’ solved. You just lost a customer.

The tall skinny chick serving had some attitude issues but the lovely staff working in the back that day were great. Although there were quite a few brown chips that couldn't be eaten.. No dramas will be back hopefully miss tall n skinny isn't working that day.
