The Great Wall - Lerwick

I feel so grateful that we have found this Cantonese restaurant in Shetland and have finally eaten real seafood! HK people are so crazy about seafood! But... It is hard to find seafood restaurant in Shetland still Great Wall ready to make Hong Kong style dishes for us, such as shell on Lobster fried noodles, steam fish, steam egg white crabs, and local HK style fried beef etc. But their usual dishes such as lemon chicken, roasted Wanton, dim sum, seafood soup are also very beautiful. You are super busy on Friday and weekends so be sure to make reservations in advance. But if you are going to make sure you get better attention from managers during the weekdays, so we usually go in the weekday nights. Both managers and owners very friendly and welcoming, we hope again a day.

Had a wonderful meal in the Great Wall tonight. Although the service was excellent, no problem with ordering our starters and eventually later our main thing. The food was delicious, hot and delicious. Let's go back.

Delicious food. We only had a few tears. Friendly woman at the counter. I showed a picture of beef steak wire onions here. It's not on the menu anymore, but they cooked it for me. It was very delicate and tasty. We paid much more for a tasteless and chewing steak in a hotel restaurant in Lerwick.

Wow what meal! Whole family was really impressed. The ribs I had for a starter were tender, salty and spicy. I cook alot of ribs so I normally won't order other people's but mine were excellent. The beautiful wife had scallops as her main and said they were devine. Kids ate all their dinners and really enjoyed it. Very pleased we went here on a whim.
