Sukhothai - Leopardstown

Pros: the food was quite okay and I must say they all tasted fresh Cons: There was supposed to be a promotion for orders above 35€ and I ordered way more than that as you can see on the photos but I did not get the promo, with the reason that I was supposed to check my order Unfortunately this happened to me more than a couple of times already and I am not the one taking the orders am I? Why should I be the one checking my orders? Foodwise, everything tasted fresh but the Tamago Nigiri was kinda dry, the Salmon is not from the Belly and also tasted a bit more drier than a real Salmon Nigiri. The Tofu was fried well and I actually liked it, I just wished to have more salt on it, the sauce did not help a lot as it was also kinda mild. The Pad Krapow, now I don’t know if I am just being picky just because I have tasted the best one in Thailand but I’d rather say, it’s okay. The eel rolls were good and the chicken katsu roll was the best of the bunch. All in all, am I going to order again just to get my free item this time? Probably not.

Just ordered two items at Sukhotai to be delivered and they forgot one item we are getting a refund for the forgotten item but our night in is ruined I would somehow understand if we had ordered ten items but forgetting one out of two item is unacceptable. Poor quality business the restaurant rang us to say they found our missing order and offered to send it in the next 20mn but we had already organised something else. We were glad she called though and we might try them again some day as food received was fine.

The pork gyozas went to garbish, very bad pork flavour as in raw! Shrimp gyozas are eatable but not worth the price at all. Very disappointing.

Reviewed this place and gave it a one star about a year ago as my delivery was 2 hours late and food was cold. But I decided to give it another go and it hasn’t disappointed me once. Sushi is always fresh and is the best delivery sushi I’ve ever had in Dublin. Cant recommend it more and I am pleased to be able to now give it a 5 star!

Excellent quality and always fast delivery. A little on the pricey side, but worth it!
