We dined at SIR KWINTEN in Lennik, where Chef Glenn Verhasselt and sommelier Yanick Dehandschutter lead an exceptional team. Yanick, a former Best Sommelier de Belgique, impressed us with his excellent wine selections. The restaurant itself is stunning, with white walls, comfortable seating, and elegant decor. We were treated to a special "Table of the Chef" experience in a cozy alcove right by the pass. The dishes were outstanding, showcasing high-quality ingredients and incredible flavors. From beef and tomatoes to langoustines prepared three ways, every dish was a hit. The wine pairings were equally impressive, with unexpected choices and top-notch quality. Allow Yanick to choose for you and you won't be disappointed. With such talent and creativity, it's no surprise that this restaurant is on the rise and destined for even more success.
