Café Zupas - Lehi

The salad/sandwich combo was as expected, but the rice crispy treat was uncharacteristically disgusting. It smelled and tasted rancid. Theyre usually delicious.

The CREME BRULEE CHEESECAKE here is so good! We always get the TRY 2 COMBO but never tried their dessert and were pleasantly surprised.

I used their app for the first time on 12-2-23 to be able to pick it up through the drive-through.I customized the Chipotle pork salad to be without the tortilla strips. They got that right, but my salad was also without pork. Honest mistake.The receipt says I paid for pork (which is kinda the most expensive thing in the salad). Unfortunately, there was no spot for feedback on the app, so I have come here to voice my thoughts. They also ask for a tip on the app (like everywhere at this point), so you have to tip and pay before knowing if they got your order right. Otherwise, I love their food.

Food seemed like it was thrown into the bag. I'm not trying to act like a Karen but the Zupas employees could probably try harder and do better.
