Starbucks - Leesylvania

They gave me a full cup of ice! I used my free cup and spent over $100 to accumulate 200 points, only to be disappointed.

The staff at this restaurant is fantastic and very welcoming.

I usually have no issues with this Starbucks when they are very busy they do their job well, however, I had an issue today when I went with my little sister. We ordered one drink, one egg bite, and one sandwich. The drink came out fast but we were waiting a long time for our food. I had to ask for the food twice because they (specifically the worker named Mellisa) forgot about it and my poor sister now no longer has time to eat something before she goes back to class. No apologies were made when I asked again for the food and that we needed it now because my sister needed to go to class. Very disappointing.

I like to go and buy at Starbucks but I don't know if the place had no manager but they were very attentive and it is one of the favorite places for my grandchildren. I would like them to give better customer service.
