Pizza Hut - Leesylvania

This place is awful. You are not able to order, you are forced to buy. The staff is terrible and provides very poor customer service.

Front counter is ALWAYS understaffed with one person who is extremely busy multitasking. Disgusting labor model. They gladly take the profits but they won't adequately hire and train people. I waited too long and my food was cold. Also, your restaurant is NOT clean.

This pizza is absolutely awful. It truly gives Pizza Hut a bad name, as every other Pizza Hut I’ve had in the past year tastes pretty great. The one on Hoadly Road is pretty good, but this one doesn’t even taste like Pizza Hut…it tastes like the workers went to a grocery store, bought some pizza off the shelf, and barely cooked it! I’m telling you, this pizza tasted like absolute cardboard…flavorless, chewy, cold…it was terrible. I’d give this pizza a 0/5 stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!Update: I contacted Pizza Hut as they asked and they’ve done nothing. Please do not waste your money here.

Service was fast, friendly, and courteous; pizza was on-time and hot, and exactly as I ordered.
