I had a very bland and disappointing experience at this barbecue restaurant. I ordered Spare Ribs with a side of beans and potato salad. The ribs were lacking in flavor and only tasted salty. There was no smoky flavor at all. The beans and potato salad were also not very impressive. Overall, I was not satisfied with my meal.

Love everything about ROOTS!!! The food is scrumptious, stellar customer service, beautiful indoor and outdoor seating and always a hit with the kids!

I had a BLT... asked for crispy bacon and it was! Delicious!

THE BRISKET AND SMOKED TURKEY SANDWICHES WERE GREAT !!!
