I never write reviews but my experience today was absolutely awful. I scanned my app to use the 50% off coupon and was charged in full, when I asked at the drive thru if they used the coupon another girl said no and that it was my fault for not asking them to use it specifically. I waited 10 minutes for them to basically “refund” me and do the transaction again all for me to receive the wrong order even though I had corrected it multiple times on the speaker. I had to go into the store because of the long drive thru which I didn’t want to do due to my physical disability and let them know I just wanted it to be remade. While waiting, the girl who redid my transaction in the drive thru spoke badly about me very loudly and made me a spectacle in front of the whole store. I hope changes are made to some of the staff here, this has quickly become the worst location.
This is by far the worst Starbucks. I just visited and there was a sign on the door stating that today, 10/15, the cafe closed at 4. I walked in at 3:25 to be told they were closed and to use the drive thru. This location is never open or you are forced to use the drive thru that moves backwards which is why I opt to go inside. It also appears after todays visit that telling time isn’t something they do well either.
Never open according to the hours. Staff seem lost and careless. Food stale and terrible coffee made half azzed every time. Worst of all they have an AI bot responding to poor reviews or a copy and paste minion on the other end.
