Whiskey River, LLC - Lebanon

On 12/3/22 me and a friend of mine went to whiskey River and was treated horrible the bartender was very rude we said at the bar waiting on her to approach us which never happened so when we raised our hand she said what do you want that is so important thebar used to be great before she started working there we went there the weekend before and was treated the same way she was onsome kind of drugs because little does she know I gave her a $5 bill twice and she gave me change for a 20 I do not understandwhy they let her work there I said something to the other employees about her and they acted like it was normal she needs to befired ASAP the food also sucked everything was overcooked

Amazing burgers for an amazing price! Just a good Ole rustic bar and grill with plenty of pool tables and arcade games!

Kayla was great so attentive knock our 13 top down and was on point with everything we definitely enjoyed her great attitude and personality I will definitely be returning

Was having a really great time, bottle girl was so rude to us for no reason after we tried to be nice. My friends and i work on broadway and have never had this problem. No need to be rude and hostile towards people when every other employee besides thebottle girl was very welcoming and nice.

I just moved to the area and I seen this bar and it looked cool so I gave it a try. I enjoyed the bar and the staff so I started stopping there after work for a glass of wine and a meal two or three times a week. Never had a bad experience until lastnight. I ordered the club sandwich, which is what I order every time and I had a waitress I haven?t seen before. I asked forpickles on the side and she responded ?we don?t have any pickles.? At some point I said I would love to try the fried picklesand the same waitress said ?we have fried pickles.? Now I?m confused because the same pickles used for fried pickles is what Iwanted with my sandwich. So I see what appear to be a cook walking by and I asked him for a side of pickles. Without hesitationhe promptly returned with pickles. Now I?m really confused. I shared with the bartender I had got the pickles and she responded?I didn?t think you meant those pickles and she hadn?t seen the cook ever put pickles on the side of a club sandwich. ?I justwork here? is what she said next. And now she seen angry so I asked to speak to a manager. She responded ?I am the manager? andshe went to get the bouncer and asked me to leave. So the people sitting around me who observed the situation and was coming tomy defense saying ?he didn?t do anything? and just being supportive. I heard one guest say ?that?s how she is.? I?m totally inshock! I intended on reaching out to the owner(s) because this situation was not properly handled and I like this bar and grilland every other encounter with the employees have been GREAT! I hope the owners will hear me out and coach their manager becausethey have a great vibe, welcoming staff, and good food and a manager should uphold those standards.
