Thai Express - Laval

I placed an order online but it was not processed correctly. No one at the restaurant understood me as I spoke in both French and English. I had to show them my phone to prove that I had placed and paid for my order. They did not apologize for the error and hurried me out without providing me with cutlery, utensils, or napkins. To top it off, they made a mistake with my order.

I did not receive what I ordered and didn't even get water cups. I requested a small portion of Tom Yum soup but instead received a plain noodle soup. Despite the mix-up, I still ate it. The same dish at another Thai Express location cost $2 less, was prepared correctly, and came with complimentary spices and a glass of water.

Great food we eat here, the place is clean. With my legal visit from South Africa, he had the noodles with shrimps and he loved it

I'm not going there for dinner, but I'm often going there for lunch. The Tom Yum is fine, but love Pha Tai. The part is generous.

Good selection and the food is pretty good as well. You can select the spice levels. Pad Thai was pretty good. Great concept and fresh entry into fast food restaurants. Well kept facilities.
