Waited in line like your supposed to; staff waited on a regular customer before me.??????? I finally asked if I could give my order, 2 people said they weren't clocked in yet. (So, why are you out behind the counter, if not ready to go to work??? The girl that did take my order got it mixed up, then asked me if I wanted coffee in my frappuccino. The staff are out of this world funny an a joy to listen to while I sit an study. It's very clean an peaceful.

The music is excessively load, staff loud with one another, place is dirty. I ordered a cup of coffee and it was lukewarm. I took it back and asked them to add hot water to my cup but they rudely argued with me that it wasn?t lukewarm. Poor management, poor service and poor quality. I won?t go back.

Giving low rating simply because they?re constantly out of stock with popular items. It is a weekly occurrence and by now they (management) should be able to anticipate how much to order each time, so that the supply will last a full week. Positive side-the drive thru workers are always really friendly. The cold foam-drink ratio in my drinks are always perfect!

Starbucks is awesome! I love that we have one now. The employees have been very nice to me. Most of the negative reviews seem to be from impatient people. They just opened y?all and there?s a staffing shortage everywhere. Note to those people. If you can?t wait, maybe you?d be better off making your own coffee at home. ??
