Mcdonald's - Laurel

I mobile ordered and showed them multiple times I paid for it and they still refused to give me my order. They said I had to cancel and reorder but the only way to do that is by contacting that mcdonalds, which I did and obviously didn’t work. Very rude!!!

I will not be returning to this McDonald’s. I come here at least three times a week to get my daughter breakfast for school and there’s a Older white women who is always at the payment window and she is very rude has extremely poor customer service every visit .I’ve reported her 2-3 times to the store manager and her behavior is the same . I will no longer spend a dime with this establishment and I will also be contacting corporate.

It smells like marijuana, loud people, 10 minutes for ONE LARGE FRI, and they were cold.Kid-friendliness: older guys are bring weed into the establishment.

Staff are nice. Service has gotten better in the last few months. Service is normally slower than other locations, but it's all based on backup on choke points (ice based drinks).

Ordered drive thru burger and fries. Burger was good, but the fries were overcooked. They didn't give me any napkins or ketchup for my fries so ranking low.
