Bidrage med feedbackI came across this restaurant while following a foodie blogger in Las Vegas and I am thrilled that I took her recommendation. It is located in a secluded shopping area with not much around, not in the old Chinatown plaza. From the outside, I would never have discovered this place on my own or decided to give it a try as I drove past, but I am glad we did. Originally searching for a different restaurant, we ended up here, even though it was not what we were looking for. I was eager to try the special pan-fried rolls, but was disappointed to learn that they are made to order and take about 45 minutes to prepare. We decided to pass on them this time, but next time I will order them before even sitting down. We ordered the fried green beans, crispy beef, Mama's special chow mein, shrimp fried rice, and pork soup noodles and enjoyed every dish and every bite. I always order Suppenknödel when it's on the menu and was not disappointed. The savory filling inside the flavorful wrapping was cooked perfectly, not too tender that it fell apart when transferring to my spoon. The crispy beef was my favorite, as it was slightly sweet, crispy, and incredibly flavorful. We were surprised by how busy the restaurant was while we waited for our food. It is truly a hidden gem that many people are aware of.
Wow, this restaurant is fantastic! It's no wonder it was full on a Thursday night at 6:30. I can only imagine how busy it gets on the weekend. We ordered the mapo tofu, salted egg yolk shrimp, green beans, and crispy pork. All the dishes were excellent, but my favorites were the first three. The service was quick and friendly. I was also pleased to see a diverse clientele and how comfortable people were enjoying Chinese cuisine. My friends who are locals are already planning to bring their family and other friends here. I will definitely be back to try more dishes!
