Came late at night to get food. Ordered in the app, and since the dining room was closed, I have selected version. The time came and went, but the doors were locked, the phone went directly to a full voicemail, and I was forced to go through the long drive with a trailer to get the food I had already paid. Parking: Horrible car park Layout and employees are parked in the next places

I visited here because I live in Michigan and there are no places. It's been 13 years since I last had. The food lasted forever because the ride thru cashier for about 10 minutes by car in front of us conversed. All we ordered was cold. The burgers were wet from sitting, basically apart. I remember eating was good before, not this time. The experience was ruined. Tell me how you got a line in the car, but cold food comes out? They are cashiers, would rather talk to friends in the car thru instead of spending food in time. There were no napkins, no sauces. I wouldn't recommend this and the next time I come to Laredo, I won't come here.
