Exceptional service even though there was a wait everything in my order was correct. I appreciated my blizzards being covered with a lid as well for my drive back home.

Great food good customer service just the wait time.

The food is not so bad. But they need to be told what you want in detail and then make sure that they really follow your order correctly. Like a big soda, or add jalapenos, add ketchup, etc. You take 15 minutes or more to be ready for your order, and they supply your food next to the large garbage container in the back where they ask you to wait for your food.

I waited 15 minutes for my burger, whom they apparently forgot that I was waiting outside!! You could give me a little blizzard to wait so long!!

It wasn't even there. It was packed inside and through the drive thru. They took a long time with my chicken stripes, but they'd get out, once I had to eat them. I ate my dessert first, as it was finished first. I have to say the banana gap is much smaller than I remember.
