Bidrage med feedbackThe buffet is delicious and the staff is fantastic. Despite a massive rush on the buffet, they pushed out pizza after pizza. The dining room staff were attentive and generous. The salad was fresh and crisp on the salad bar. Definitely worth coming back!
The customer service was great the buffet being newly back open was fantastic! Food was coming out quick and tasted great!!! Very pleased and very excited that the buffet is open again!
Ordered delivery, was over a half an hour late according to the app. Driver missed the house twice, as we were out front to meet the driver. Under cooked cold pizza and cheese bread with cinnamon all over. Cinnamon bread with tons of cheese. A dribble ofmarinara that didn 't even cover one of the hybrid cheese breadsticks. Not worth the wait or money. No stars not an option, notreturning business. Casino would never have let this happen, it has been downhill since he left.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never written a review before especially a negative one; however, my experience tonight warranted it. We placed an order online for breadsticks, wings, and cinnamon sticks at 6pm, the estimated time was approximately25-35 minutes. This restaurant has a reputation in town for having notoriously poor service so we gave them plenty of extratime. After waiting patiently for an hour and a half my boyfriend called the establishment to enquire about our order. We weretold that the delivery driver couldn?t deliver our order despite having the correct address because the phone number wasincorrect. They were then going to retry to deliver it. After 40 minutes my boyfriend called again and we?re told the store didnot know if the driver had the order or even tried to deliver it again. We expected that the store would return our call withsome sort of update however after another 30 minutes of no delivery attempt or contact I called the store and requested anupdate. They said they driver had attempted to deliver it again however we were waiting by the door the entire time no attemptwas made. I requested a refund since it had been almost 3 hours since we placed our order and was told that this was not anoption. I was told they could give me a 20% discount but I have not seen any sign of that yet and quite frankly do not think Iwill be getting one. They did offer to remake our food and try to deliver it again, I went over the address and gave specificinstructions so that there was no confusion upon delivery. We did finally receive our food 40 minutes following our 3rd call,however we ordered extra sauces and sides that we?re missing and our breadsticks were undercooked and doughy in the middle.Overall, this was a horrible experience waiting over 3 hours for some breadsticks just for them to be undercooked is justridiculous. It's easy to out pizza the hut. The memories from childhood have been shattered by this once fine establishment. Before going I called twice to confirm they were offering the pizza buffet. When I arrived, no buffet, only the salad bar. The task of simplychanging to a to go order was as if I asked a woodchuck to count how much wood he chucked. No matter how easy it is to blame thecashier, it doesn't fall completely to him. There was obviously poor training and he was left as a new employee alone on aregister. The cashier kept ringing up incorrect items with no clue how to undo them. With my order finally complete it some howmanages to cost close to $30 for a large one topping pizza! I'm sure it was all rang wrong as I could get one devivered for 1/3that coat, but I digress. Having received the pizza I can't help but but be disappointed and not just because it was the wrongsize, but because the crust was tasteless, the sauce was weak, and the pepperoni were dry. Would I return? Maybe, just becausethe choices can be limited, but it will be a while.
