Big Tree Cafe - Laos

Lovely café located right in front of the boat station to Park Ou Cave.

I adore the green garden. It is a wonderful spot to unwind in the hot weather of Luang Prabang. I ordered an espresso for 12000 kip and received a complimentary chocolate cake. Although I didn't try their food, I enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend this café to others.

The ambience at this restaurant is lovely and the service is top-notch. Our food arrived promptly and was absolutely delicious. We ordered spring rolls and Korean fried chicken, and washed it down with some beer, all while taking in the view of the river traffic.

The food was so wonderful we came for lunch two days in a row. Kimchi is absolutely fantastic. Sushi and vegetable rice bowls are a mouth watering plethora of flavor! Vegan vegetarian friendly!

We ducked in for iced coffee and fresh coconut juice while waiting for the rain to stop. Nice ambiance and super friendly staff. We will be back to try out food next time.
