Taco Bell - Lansing

This place was always good for me. the people they run the drive thru are excellent. they listen and communicate well. my order is always correct. the carrots are fresh and not chew like other taco Bell’s.

The lines are always super long it is annoying, but the customer service is great that eating was fresh hot, probably one of the best meals I had from them, I don't really like almost food only if it is a last option. the only thing that holds it from 5stars is that the lid didn't fit on my drink, so it suffered a lot.

I was pleasant surprise the service was fast and friendly. I got the order I placed. The food was as expected... Not bad.. it's only Taco Bell

Drive past this location. I could have had a sit down dinner at a restaurant. SLOOWWWWWWW

I've literally been sitting here in line for 37 minutes in the drive thru & there's still a car in front of me!! Next time I'll be going to the one farther
