Chick-fil-a - Lansing

I usually love the service, speed, and quality of this place. However, tonight we arrived late at 9 PM. The employee who took our order at the drive-thru was very friendly, and they weren't too busy at that time. We checked the bag before leaving, but when we got home and opened one of the sandwich boxes, there was no sandwich inside. It was disappointing to receive an empty box in a bag that seemed to have everything. The receipt showed that the sandwich should have been included in the order. This was the first time something like this has happened at Chick-fil-A. Mistakes can happen, but this was particularly strange and unexpected.

The food was delicious, the service was good. store needs a good cleaning! the doors were loaded with greasy fingerprints, the upper tables were super sticky, most tables were dirty! too many employees standing around when the dining room was a wreck.

Good service, good food and a clean facility. the brot from my chicken sandwich was a little soggy, but not too bad.

This restaurant deserves a two-star rating due to the incredibly polite and friendly staff. However, the food is lacking. I have never tried a crispy chicken sandwich or nuggets here. The waffle fries are tasty, crispy, and perfect, but I can only say that I was disappointed by the soggy chicken sandwich.

The food was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the staff was amazing. The restaurant was clean and even had a special table set up for veterans, which was a nice touch. I visited from Canada and had a wonderful experience with delicious food.
