Domino's Pizza

Pizzas were delivered smashed and the cheese was stuck to the inside lid of the box. I called to complain and the rude “manager” said he could give a refund but wanted the pizzas returned. My kids were hungry and had already started eating them so he said he could just deliver another set. We waited almost an hour and no delivery. I called back again and he answered with an attitude and very unprofessional saying that he never said they would deliver new pizzas and wanted photos which I took. He refused to refund or replace the pizzas. Based on previous reviews, seems like this location is extremely unprofessional and many will not be doing business with them including me.

Takeout order was placed well before closing hours, when I arrived to pick up the order I was told by staff that they were closed (it was 10:30pm, they close at 12am) and that my order was cancelled. I received no communication after placing my order that this would be the case and when I inquired about the time, policy and preparation of my food in reference to the time it was ordered I was met with attitude and hostility. The staff were extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I do not recommend this location.
