Authentic Bibimbap, who would of thought this existed in Lander, WY? The udon was made with pho noodles instead of udon noodles but it was still very good. Makes me wonder what the difference is between udon and pho if they use the same broth. The hot stone bowl was perfect for the bibimbap but kept the udon too hot. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
