Bidrage med feedbackMy little brother wanted to get some of his favourite chicken noodle soup after having his wisdom teeth removed. The staff told him they were not serving soup past 8pm. He arrived at 7:50pm and was turned away. So disappointing. No apology and no soup. Truly terrible service.
I decided to go inside instead of the drive thru as I have not been able to drink coffee due to illness and wanted to make sure I got a good coffee I was so surprised by the great service Brooke provided I told her the reason I came in (this location has good coffee not burnt like some)and she assured me it would be fresh and good and it was Thank you BrookeParking: Easy
Takes Way too long to get through the drive thru. And I got the wrong food as well ?
Best Tim Horton's in London! Always such quick and friendly service. Definitely would drive out of my way to come here.
Ordered in drive through for saving time, the employee took the order correctly, took the payment but gave me wrong one. So need to go inside to get the correct one, my time wasted. The employees even didn't apologize for their mistake. They need to be focused about customer's order.Order: bagel toasted with cream cheese, they gave me bagel toasted with butter.
