Donatos Pizza - Lakewood

Good food. Was told that food would be ready for pick up at a certain time. We showed up 5 minutes early just in case it was ready early. Food was brought out 15 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. Not a big deal but frustrating.

Donatos has great pizza and good gluten free options as well as good customer service (especially considering it's mostly teenagers working there! Today I tried the online order for the first time and I opted to make my own pizza. Silly me didn't realize that cheese is a given even though it's an option you can choose for toppings. When I noticed my pizza that was supposed to be cheese free had cheese, I asked about it and they quickly remade it for me free of charge and without making me feel bad even though it was totally my mistake. Will definitely keep coming back to Lakewood Donatos!

Good pizzas, but I ordered them specifically to be cake. they see, they're not pizzas. ? do not give the option if they will ignore it. food: 5/5

A complete and complete catastrophe. make sure not from this place in the night the browns play. haha. her system can't handle it. we have put an order at 4:45 o'clock. the system said it would be ready for a pick-up at 6:10. apparently they have received over a hundred orders at once. we called the place three times to confirm that it was done every time they fought to find the order first, then after they finally found it, they promised that it would be ready in 10 minutes. we showed up to pick it up at 6:50 a.m. and the person at the pick-up window announced it would not be ready for another 30 minutes. what a mess.
