Palace Italian Southside Lakeland

Aweful! Just picked up a to go order. Photo attached. I got shrimp Alfredo came with a whole whopping 5 shrimp. Zero flavor. And hardly got any food for $16. My fork is bigger than the container. My order of garlic knots are as hard as a baseball and swimming in oil. Never again!

I'm giving a 5 star review because the customer service was top-tier. I ordered a pizza with bacon on one side, and at first I thought they forgot the bacon. But I was wrong! Instead of getting upset at me the manager asked if I wanted extra cheese and basil. I was not expecting that at all! This is my new favorite pizza spot!

Have not been in a while and it was great! Had the Rigatoni Norcina which is rigatoni, sausage, bacon, and mushrooms in the light cream sauce. My wife and the walnut salad and she really enjoyed it. Service was very good.

We called made reservations for 10 mostly kids, did not had any restrictions due to that like some places. We arrived and set up was formal, like most authentic Italian restaurants, attention to detail was exceptional and we loved it. Food arrived and it was exceeding our expectations! Pizza was great, marsala also great, and the one who made me fall in love with this place Veal with spaghetti alla Vodka. Wow! Just try it I can't describe it. Only one place in NY was better but here in FL so far nobody.

Very friendly and inviting staff. Food tasted good and portion sizes were generous. I'll definitely come back to this restaurant again.
