Lucy’s Bbq - Lakehills

Very very poor customer service.Well I do love Lucy’s and have been going here a while. I just stopped in and ordered food. It came out to $18 and I handed them $28. After a while I was brought my food but no change. I let them know that I needed change and eventually was brought $5. I said that this might not be enough and was told that the rest was tax. I told him that it wasn’t even and he rolled his eyes and brought me another dollar. I asked him for a receipt and he acted like I was being unreasonable. I showed him how the Texas sales tax rate would bring my $18 meal to (8.25% to $19.49. He gave me another couple dollars which still shorted me 50 cents and told me no receipts. And was very rude.Normally I give a very large tip after paying but this has changed my mind about Lucy’s.I’ll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Best BBQ ever! Ribs are all tender and delicious.i love having curbside service. We live nearby and always look forward to Lucy's on the weekends!

Just moved to the area, and finally went here for the first time yesterday. We enjoyed it so much, going back again today! Brisket is phenomenal, and everything else we ordered was on point too.

There is a sign explaining that everyone shares tips. I don’t see a problem with it if it’s all agreed upon with everyone.The food is great and the people have always been sweet to us. I highly recommend.

Best (and cutest) little BBQ joint around! ????????????????The service is always exceptionally friendly and prompt, and the food is delicious. The convenience of pulling up to a stall and staying in my car is much appreciated. I believe there are about 5spaces to accommodate for busier times. Been coming since they opened and it?s only gotten better. We will keep coming back!
