Don’t count on this place being open during stated business hours or EVER getting your food if you use the app. Kiss your money GOODBYE!! Ordered for pickup. Arrived and ALL doors locked. Drivethru line had 12 cars. After 20 min-1 car has moved up. Because 1 car drove away without ordering. And app has no method for requesting refund. And they don’t answer their phone. Complete Sh:t show.
Meat lovers burrito was great. Much better than the last Jack in the Box we went to. We even got the entire order we paid for rhis time!
More interested in excuses as to why they were slow which they really weren't..
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I go here a few times a week on my way to work for the past few weeks. Sign on the drive thru says hours are modified to 9 AM to 7 PM due to staff shortage but everytime I arrive at 9:15, nobody comes to the intercom, nor is the lobby open. I know there are employees inside because I look through the window and they are standing at the counter talking. I won't be coming back here again.
