The food was eh and they forgot about me and I had to watch 4 people who ordered after me get their food. I had to remind the person who took my order and then she eventually got my order for me which was just sitting there waiting to be bagged.

Love the bagels here and never disappointed in their quality! Customer service by one of the managers ? was definitely lacking in professionalism and quality.

We eat here often and have never had a bad experience. The staff is super friendly and the bagels are as close to a New York Bagel that you can get in Florida. My wife is from Long Island and will not eat a bagel from anyplace else.

Whats Brooklyn about it? The name? Because when I go to Brooklyn I can get an egg sandwich over easy or over medium or sunnyside up. Here you only get McDonalds styled eggs. There is no grill in the back to cook your eggs to your liking. That's kind of important. Especially when you want to add NY to your name. ??‍

I heard a lot about this place and how good it was and you know what? They were right. These are the best bagels in the area. The breakfast sandwiches are huge. If you are in a hurry, order through the app and avoid the wait.
