Pizza Hut - Lake Forest

The food is always good but this time the boy who checked me out was very very nice. Sorry I don't recall his name.

It 's been a while since I ordered a pizza from here, but did tonight. Really one of the worst pizzas I 've ever had. Tasted like it came from a school cafeteria. Also, if you advertise a $13.99 pizza at that location, you shouldn 't be allowed to add a service charge when checking out. If it costs you $15.20 to sell a pizza post that price, don 't tell me you can 't sell it to me for $13.99 because people make too much money in California.

Just order my 20th delivery at least, got a call from Dooor Dash I had to come to the gate, which isn 't a gate , 'Delivery means , I don 't drive ANYWHERE. yet he couldn 't find me, etc been brought to my porch numerous times. Drove to get it, NEVER AGAIN ?? Don 't call it DOOR DASH IF YOU DON 'T DASH DIRECTLY TO MY DOOR FOOL! ???

Wow! Crust is perfect! Ordered a medium meat lovers with thin cruise and it is delicious! Still eating but had to comment. Only negative is I should have ordered a large! Louis gave excellent customer service and very cordial. They also take an EBT card if you have one of those. I'll definitely be back. ? Thanks!

I was able to order delicious hand toss pizza from the app and picked it up in 15 minutes, with discount, too. Next time I would order big New York style pizza! Service is great at this location, highly recommended!
