Arby's - Lake Charles

Friendly staff, tasty food. The staff here work hard which I'm appreciative of!

Been here several times, love the sandwiches espionage delicious meat roast beef n cheddar, sadly we ALWAYS have to throw the curly fries away. They are never fresh, always cold, bad oil taste and too greasy. Please start making sure fries are fresh, not overcooked, and grease is regularly changed. Also later hours on weekends would be great

Stood at counter for a very long time while employees looked at us and didn't take our order. Out of turkey, condiment station filthy, out of ketchup, out of napkins. Floor and tables dirty.

Seven cars in front of me,40 minutes in line,that is unreasonably long,love Arby’s food,not going to this particular location, which is Lake Charles

Chicken bacon ranch… all I have to say, give it a try, you won't regret it.
