Golden Oak Outpost - Lake Buena Vista

It was closed and now I'm raging with anger.Edit: updated to 5 stars because they opened after my fit of rage. The tamale was fantastic.

Golden Oak is a reliable to get a quick and fast snack or meal at Magic Kingdom. To me, MK lacks in great quick service food options but this place has never disappointed. Menu changes pretty frequently. On the last trip, we had Loaded Chicken Tenders and the Fried Pork Tamale. Both were hot, tasty and delivered quickly.

We found it very difficult to find plain normalish food for the kids in Disney which didn’t come covered in cheese sauce or tomatoes, pickles etc. however this little place is magic. 2 portions of chicken tenders and fries fed four of us for a little snack. 4 large big strips of tenders in each position and lovely fries. Bbq sauce and ketchup on tap and lovely cold drinks. The staff at this little venue are also so friendly and helpful, full of fun and info even when the place is mobbed. We loved it so much we returned on our second visit for some more as kids raves about it. Also much fun with the visiting squirrels who were scavenging lol! Had to chase them away with trays as getting rather close lol.

During Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party they sell this spell book! It’s basically a buffalo chicken hot pocket. Pretty good!

This a good place i like Disneyland it’s pretty good. I love splash mountain it’s pretty funny and it’s cool too it’s perfect
