Au Bout Du Monde - Laives

Unfortunately, the view is the only thing that is worths a visit. The staff is friendly, but the food is poor. We decided to eat because of the location, but it would have been better to step in the car and look for another place.

We had lunch at this restaurant when we went to the lake at Laives for a day out. We hadn’t booked, but this might be wise in July and August. There is a comprehensive a la carte menu as well as a choice of set menus. The restaurant specialises in frogs legs, but you can also have snails, fish, pork, beef, burgers and a range of salads. Definitely something for everyone. We sat under the large awning with a view over the lake, thoroughly enjoying the relaxing atmosphere. Service was good, not pushy or hurried and managed to know what was available thanks to our limited French and the staffs English.

Pleasant moment, damage the rain was on the rdv otherwise very pleasant place. Perfect kitchen and service.
