Konnichiwa - Lahti

Visited for a lunch while on our way to south. Sushi was good, nothing too special but wasn't disappointing. Some things were a bit off, for example the whole place seemed to have issues with hygiene. Tables were full of dirty dishes. Needed to go and ask a waiter to clean one table for us while all others were taken or dirty. Toilets were also not nice, bad smell and easily few days without cleaning. They need to manage these things better for sure.

Konnichiwa had a surprisingly vast amount of sushi's to choose from. Being able to enjoy an Asahi or a Sapporo (Japanese) beer with it was great. The sauces with rice or noodles that I tried were okay for my taste, but especially handy, when visiting the place with a larger family, so some of the kids, who weren't that keen on sushi would get their stomach full as well. And the desserts like fruit, cream puffs, tirmisu, ice cream, coffee and tea were a hit with all ages!

This place is good in terms orice vs. Value. Sushi buffet is 15€. All good. Only thing I would omprove is the rice. I have had better rice in other places. Staffwas friendly.

We came here for a Tuesday night dinner and didn’t have to disappoint. We were focusing on filling our bellies with sushi so don’t have much to say about the other dishes. Anyway, the sushi selection was great, fresh and yummy. Points for multiple vegan options! The staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurant itself was lovely and spacious.
