Bidrage med feedbackWe have placed the order 30 minutes in advance via the app. when we arrived, they had not even begun our ordering, yet began to cook the bun for my order. we had to wait 20 minutes until they gave the order. several other customers ordered and received their food during this time. when we checked the food when we came home, we noticed that the order was wrong.
No greeting, workers never acknowledged us. They weren't wearing any hair coverings and didn't look very clean. It's a shame that the service has gone down like this. I can't say anything about the food, because we decided to leave before ordering.
The personal seemed so uninterested, eating on the bar looked down, the drink machine was from almost everything. a couple of years ago this location was great and enjoyable, but today it is down the drain. I can't wait to open chipotle directly over the road
The LaGrange, GA location is the absolute worst example of a restaurant in town. The worst service. The staff has no clue what customer experience means nor cares and is exactly the perfect example of what is wrong with the restaurant industry today. Only there to get a pay check and could care less about anything else. The place is one of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve been to. It will be the last time I step foot back in the LaGrange location. I highly suggest for the owner to take a major look into hiring a staff that cares or shut the place down. And please clean up the place. No one wants to find bugs in the salsa.
Horrible customer service and the food was disgusting. The workers are rude and not to mention the employees with their pants down showing their whole behind is terrible. The tables was nasty. Thank God I didn't have my kids with me or it could've been a problem. The guys working in there literally had their underwear showing and one was laying down on a both playing on his phone again with his pants down! I will never waste another penny on this restaurant or a Moe's anywhere.
