Lakeview Chinese Restaurant

This is a regular weekly stop for us. You'd be hard-pressed to find better Chinese food. Excellent food, excellent service.

Food tasted like it came out of ready made chinese food. No real flavor. The restaurant is clean and helping are decent. They need to put some effort into making homemade meals. .Staff are friendly

Great food and good portions. Would eat there again. Seemed pretty popular amongst the locals. Only complaint they only give you a can of soda pop to drink with your meal. Not a sufficient quantity for me. Our meal also came extremely quick and quite hot, which was great in my opinion!

The food was quite tasty. As for the service, it was almost non-existent. There was a group of 15 there for lunch on a week day and no-one else was in the restaurant. The waitress couldn't even get how many wanted a glass of water and how many wanted coffee. When the coffee finally arrived, we had to ask for sugar. When she brought the sugar, she tossed it on the table along with the Splenda. There were 4 packages of sugar. When the food arrived, it was tasty and plentiful. No one returned to see if everything was ok. There were no offers of more coffee. One of the members of the group got up and poured it for us. Not too encouraging to return.

Portions are large and food is good. Staff are very friendly, a family run business. The restaurant could use some renovations but that's minor. Prices are reasonable.
