Mcdonald's - La Verne

Excellent service staff nice and friendly I recommend this place to anyone. Clean tables and bathrooms

The inside of this McDonalds actually looks really nice and classy. The service is terrible though, maybe the worst I've had at any McDonalds. I've only been here 1 time to be fair, but the 1 time I did come here, they only gave me half the food I ordered. Unfortunately, I only noticed when I got home because I was in a rush. How does that even happen though? That's one of the worst things a restaurant can do in my opinion. Messing up an order can be forgiven but ordering like $30 worth of food and only getting $15 of it leaves me with a terrible feeling.

They just gave me 40 burnt inedible chicken nuggets for my family! This was supposed to be dinner after a long day of work, school, and sports! Do not come here!!!

Went there specifically for a shake.... Ice cream machine was broken! I know it has become a joke they break down so often, but dang.... When your kiddo has a site throat and that's all they want.... Sucks.

They stopped parking drive thru customers at lunch only to park them at breakfast. This is ridiculous.
