El Ranchito - La Quinta

Very authentic and a great place. The food was great! Try to get there early so you can sit down. Otherwise, there's a waiting time and I'm pretty sure they don't take reservations?

Good food if you want to try Mexican food. The hotel is located in La Quinta. Great location, but not really busy because of summer so hot outside. The service was nice, I guess they're taking out too.

We called to see if reservations needed, said no, but had short wait to seat party of 7. Food worth the wait, large portions delicious. High noise level near bar made conversation difficult.

Had a party of 9 to celebrate my grandfather's birthday and the waitress was very fun but professional. Wish I could go back, my Carne Asada was awesome and delicious. It was darn near perfect. Definitely a great family lunch.

Once we were seated, the service was very quick, and our food came out fast. It was delicious—definitely not the best I’ve ever had, but still quite good. I’m not sure I’d wait in a 20-minute line for it, though. We all ordered Chile Rellenos and tacos. I wish I had known that you need to order sauce for the Chile Rellenos; I’ve never had them without sauce before! I covered mine in salsa, which made it enjoyable.
